An Easy Website Update – Kuta Villas.

A Tropical website for holiday rental Villas in Bali.

This client leases holiday Villas in tropical Bali. The old, one page website (the orange website pictured below) was starting to feel dated, so we built a brand new look for her using all the text from her original site. We split each Villa onto it’s own page, allowing each one to target it’s own search terms. We added some free plugins to style the galleries and give the Contact Form a few extra options. Custom Google Maps show just how close local attractions are to the Villas, and a blog adds a place to connect her website and social media pages, so they can really boost each other up the search rankings.

After an initial concept briefing we took all of the text from the old site, edited and photo-shopped the images and then presented the new website under our own test hosting. That allows the old site to stay in place while the client can edit or make additional requests at leisure – an easy way for a website re-fresh without the stress. As soon as it was ready the new site was moved to the clients’ hosting and domain, replacing the old site with virtually no down time. We also provided some training, so the client can add her own blog articles in the future whenever she visits the Villas and suggested some tools to help her social media profiles.
